Christian Pastirik is a former collegiate and professional lacrosse standout, and today, a passionate entrepreneur and trainer devoted to helping athletes reach their full potential. His journey—marked by resilience, leadership, and a deep understanding of both the mental and physical demands of high-performance sports—serves as the foundation for his coaching philosophy.
Christian’s lacrosse story began in Annapolis, Maryland, where he attended St. Mary’s High School. There, he distinguished himself as a three-year letterwinner and led his team as captain in his senior year. Alongside lacrosse, he was a multi-sport athlete, competing in soccer and cross country.
Christian started his college lacrosse career at Cornell University, where he played on the Big Red’s man-up unit. Unfortunately, injuries cost him key seasons—he missed his freshman and junior years—but when healthy, he still made an impact, tallying five goals and an assist in his sophomore season.
Seeking a fresh start, he transferred to Towson University for his final season, playing both midfield and attack. In that year, he started all 15 games, notched 28 goals and 19 assists, and earned USILA All-American honorable mention honors.
One of his most memorable moments came in a clutch game against Navy, when he scored the game-winning goal with just six seconds left. During that same season, he earned Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) Player of the Week after a dominant performance, and was also named to the All-CAA First Team.
After his successful college career and time spent playing in the LXM Pro Tourm Christian was selected by the Long Island Lizards in the MLL Supplemental Draft. He went on to play for the Denver Outlaws, where his speed and scoring ability earned him All-Star recognition. Currently on Team Italy, preparing for the 2028 Olympics.
Following his playing career, Christian channeled his energy into training and mentoring others. Drawing from his experience at the highest levels of lacrosse, he helps athletes not just sharpen their physical skills, but also develop the mindset, grit, and consistency required to excel.
As a trainer, he emphasizes a holistic approach. He believes in building athletic confidence, providing targeted feedback, and instilling a strong internal drive in each player. Christian’s mission is to empower athletes to elevate their “frequency” — their focus, motivation, and overall performance vibration.
For Christian, lacrosse is more than a game—it’s a vehicle for growth. He’s committed to the idea that small habits and daily discipline lead to breakthrough moments. He teaches his athletes to embrace the grind, set intentional goals, and maintain gratitude, no matter where they are on their journey.
